Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern access to yoou.io, a software-as-a-service workspace for Print-on-Demand sellers. By creating an account, signing in, starting a trial, buying a subscription, or using the workspace, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
yoou.io provides tools for product research, SEO metadata, tag generation, marketplace intelligence, prompt creation, seasonal opportunities, project tracking, account settings, billing flows, and related AI-assisted workflows. The service may use third-party AI, payment, authentication, email, infrastructure, and marketplace data providers.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for protecting your password, OAuth account access, API keys, billing data, and devices. If you suspect unauthorized access, reset your password and contact support promptly.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of designs, descriptions, prompts, project notes, uploaded assets, marketplace data, and other content you submit. You grant yoou.io the limited rights needed to process, store, analyze, display, and transmit that content so the service can operate. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to use it.
5. AI output and marketplace compliance
AI-generated titles, descriptions, tags, prompts, strategy notes, scores, and competitor insights are suggestions, not legal, tax, business, or marketplace compliance advice. You must review all output before publishing and must comply with marketplace rules, trademark and copyright laws, consumer protection rules, and any platform-specific restrictions.
6. API keys and integrations
If you connect personal Yoou AI route keys, those keys are encrypted at rest and used to process your requests. You remain responsible for fees, limits, and terms imposed by your chosen services. Google OAuth, Resend, Stripe, PayPal, hosting, database, monitoring, Yoou AI, and market intelligence services may process data as needed to deliver the service.
7. Trials, subscriptions, and billing
Access may be offered as a free trial, free plan, or paid subscription. Paid access is handled through the configured checkout provider, such as Stripe or PayPal. Prices, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation rules, failed-payment handling, and refund eligibility are shown at checkout or in account/billing notices. If payment fails or a subscription ends, access may be reduced, suspended, or revoked.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use yoou.io to infringe intellectual property rights, extract data from or attack third parties unlawfully, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer the service, upload malicious code, abuse trials, impersonate others, violate marketplace rules, or use generated output in a way that is illegal, deceptive, harmful, or abusive.
9. Third-party data and availability
Competitor and marketplace intelligence may depend on third-party websites, APIs, cached data, or optional market sync infrastructure. These sources can change, fail, block requests, or return incomplete information. yoou.io may show estimated or cached data when live data is unavailable.
10. Service changes and termination
We may update, add, remove, or limit features to improve the service, comply with law, protect users, or manage provider changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, fail payment checks, or abuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, yoou.io disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for lost profits, lost data, marketplace enforcement, provider outages, publication decisions, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Contact
For account, billing, privacy, or legal questions, contact the support address published in the yoou.io account area, checkout materials, or production website footer.
