Data Processing Addendum

1. Scope
This Data Processing Addendum applies where yoou.io processes personal data on behalf of a business customer as a processor or service provider in connection with the yoou.io SaaS workspace. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Customer instructions
yoou.io processes customer personal data to provide, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service, and as otherwise instructed through product use, account settings, support requests, or applicable agreements.
3. Confidentiality and security
yoou.io applies reasonable technical and organizational measures including access controls, encryption for stored secrets, password hashing, rate limits, role checks, logging, and provider controls appropriate to the service.
4. Subprocessors and transfers
yoou.io may use subprocessors listed on the Subprocessors page. International transfers may occur where providers operate globally, subject to provider data processing terms, contractual safeguards, and other lawful mechanisms where required.
5. Deletion and assistance
On verified request, yoou.io will reasonably assist with access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction requests, subject to authentication, legal obligations, billing records, security logs, fraud prevention, backups, and legitimate operational needs.
