Billing
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
1. Trial access
yoou.io may offer a limited trial. Trial features, limits, duration, and upgrade requirements are shown in the product and checkout flow. Abuse of trials, duplicate account creation, or circumvention of limits may result in reduced access or account suspension.
2. Subscription renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing period selected at checkout, unless cancelled before the renewal date. Taxes, payment processing, and renewal notices are handled through the configured checkout provider, such as Stripe or PayPal.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription from the account or billing area when available, or by contacting support@yoou.io. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless a refund is required by law or approved under this policy.
4. Refunds
yoou.io may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible first-time paid purchases when advertised on the pricing page or checkout flow. Refund eligibility can be denied for abuse, excessive usage, repeated refunds, violations of the Terms, chargeback abuse, or use outside the advertised refund window. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Failed payments and access changes
If a payment fails, yoou.io or the payment provider may retry the payment, notify you, or reduce access until billing is resolved. Data may be retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation, legal compliance, tax records, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
